Return Policy
We don't do returns.
If you want to exchange a product, the exchange must be made within 5 days of purchase. The value of shipping costs to exchange the product will be the customer's responsibility.
We only accept exchanges if the product is in exactly the same condition as it was shipped, if we receive the product in poor condition, we will not make a purchase, and the shipping costs for returning the product will be charged to the customer.
To make an exchange send us an email to deep.champagnee@gmail.com, please never return a product to us without contacting us in advance, we will not exchange the product if we have not been contacted.
